Free Beta period
Until the public availability of Ride Pro, our beta testers can use all the Ride Pro features for free. To participate in testing you just need the VanMoof Beta app and a VanMoof bike.
How to sign up
First, make sure you’ve joined our VanMoof app beta. By signing up for our beta group, you’ll be the first to get early access to new features like Ride Pro. Here’s how to sign up for the Beta app.
If you’re all set up, and are running at least [version 26.2] of the app, you can access the Ride Pro free trial. Go to the Settings Page and select the bike you want to enable the trial for. Scroll to the middle of the page and go to the dedicated Ride Pro page.
💡 Please note: The code to get you free Ride Pro beta is pre-filled. Don't change that, just continue.
Don’t see the button to activate Ride Pro? Make sure you’re the owner of the bike, as guest riders cannot activate it. If you’re the owner, make sure you have the latest Beta version, and restart your app if the button is not visible.
What to test
We want to invite you to test everything, and feedback us on anything that jumps to mind. But, of course, if you want a list, here you go:
- Theft Tracking - report your bike stolen and test the tracking info, and BLE scanner.
- Halo Ring modes - go wild: give your bike some color.
- Notifications - Receive instant notifications on battery level, security status and monitor your bike with ease. To go further: shake your bike, and see if you receive a notification that you're alarm is sounding. Don't limit yourself to that: there are many more notification coming your way.
- Health Integrations - Seamlessly sync your ride data with Apple Health.
