Accessing Your Subscription Settings
- Open your VanMoof app and go to Settings.
- Locate the 'Ride Pro' button at the bottom of the page.
- Click Manage Subscription. This will open a webpage to manage Ride Pro.
No Ride Pro button or app access? Alternatively, you can log in with a magic link from any device with your email address.
What You Can Do
Through the subscription management interface, you can:
- Adjust your subscription plan
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
