Manage, cancel or adjust your Ride Pro subscription

This guide will help you manage your VanMoof Ride Pro subscription settings, including how to adjust your plan, update payment information, or cancel your subscription.

Accessing Your Subscription Settings

  1. Open your VanMoof app and go to Settings.
  2. Locate the 'Ride Pro' button at the bottom of the page. 
  3. Click Manage Subscription. This will open a webpage to manage Ride Pro. 

No Ride Pro button or app access? Alternatively, you can log in with a magic link from any device with your email address.

What You Can Do

Through the subscription management interface, you can:

  • Adjust your subscription plan
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription
