Register to get early access to the app before its official release. You’ll be the first to test new features, helping our developers to improve the app. Keep in mind that the beta app can be unstable. However, with the quick feedback from our beta testers (like you) we’re able to resolve issues quickly. 

How to sign up

Open the VanMoof app and go to your profile page. Here you’ll find a button to sign up as a beta tester.

iOS

1. Download the ‘Test Flight’ app from the App Store. This official app from Apple is used to test all kinds of bBeta apps.
2. Use the Test Flight invite link to start testing. Accept the invite and install the beta app.
3. The beta app will replace the VanMoof app from the App Store. 
4. To stop testing temporarily you can install the public version from the App Store. If you want to stop testing altogether you can do so via the Test Flight app.

Make sure automatic updates are turned on in the Test Flight app, and tweak your notification preferences to be informed (or not) whenever a new version is available.

Android

1. Use the Play Store invite link to become a tester.
2. You’ll receive automatic beta updates through the Play Store. 
3. To stop testing, go to the VanMoof app on the Play Store, then select ‘Leave’ under Beta testing.

Provide feedback

We rely on your feedback to make the VanMoof app better. We look at everything you send us, and try to reply as often as possible. There’s two ways to send feedback:

1. On iOS, make a screenshot in the app. Open the screenshot, tap done and select ‘ Share Beta feedback…’. If you’d like a reply, make sure your feedback is not anonymous.
2. For Android, send us an email via android@vanmoof.com. Please keep in mind that this is only for feedback about the app. For general support inquiries get in touch with support — they’ll be able to help you much quicker.
