The first time you connect your bike to the app, you'll be prompted to set your backup unlock code. If you want to change your code, open the app and connect to your bike. Navigate to the 'Settings' section, scroll to the bottom, and select 'Advanced.' You’ll see the option 'Unlock code' to change your backup unlock code there.
