Change your account email address

This article will guide you through the process of updating the email address associated with your account. There are several reasons you might want to change your email address. For instance, you may have a new email address that you prefer to use, or you might be leaving your current job and need to update your contact information accordingly. Steps to change your email address:

  1. Log into the VanMoof app with your old account.
  2. Open the settings tab.
  3. Select the 'Profile' icon in the top right.
  4. Edit your account details and enter a new email address.
  5. Confirm the new email in your inbox.

 

Please note: in order to utilize this function, it is essential that you still have access to your VanMoof app. You do not need to have access to your old email address in order to make this change. This means that even if you can no longer access your previous email, you can still proceed with updating your email address through the app, ensuring that you remain connected and informed.
