Step 1: Download the VanMoof App from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
Step 2: Create a VanMoof Account within the app.
Step 3: Proceed with the steps below.
- If you already have an account and have downloaded the app:
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Settings' section and select 'Add New.'
Step 2: Follow the instructions provided in the app.
If you bought your VanMoof from our website or a VanMoof Partner, locate the validation code in the manual. This code is crucial for adding your VanMoof to the app. Note that the validation code is valid for a single use.
No code?
VanMoof's are well protected and need a validation code to link to an account. To change ownership, you will need to generate a new validation code. The code in the rider manual will no longer be valid since it has already been used.
