How do I access my VanMoof orders?

To manage your orders, you will need to access your VanMoof orders account at https://orders.vanmoof.com/orders. Login with your email, and you'll receive a 6-digit verification code sent to your email inbox. Simply enter this code when prompted to log in securely without needing to remember a password.

What can I do on my orders page?

Your orders page gives you complete control over your VanMoof purchases and subscriptions. Here's everything you can manage:

  1. Order Tracking & Return Requests

    View your complete order history and track current orders from placement to delivery. You'll see real-time updates on the status of your VanMoof products throughout the shipping process. Within your order page you can:

    1. Your products and amounts paid
    2. Your Bike ID(s) once the order has been shipped
    3. Your shipping and billing information
    4. The Expected Delivery Window
    5. Real-time updates on the status of your VanMoof products throughout the shipping process. 

    Changed your mind and want to return the order? You can request a return in your account as well. More instructions here.

  2. Subscription Management

    Keep your VanMoof subscriptions up to date by 

    1. Managing active subscriptions
    2. Adjusting subscription settings
    3. Canceling subscriptions when needed.

    All your subscription details are accessible in one convenient location.

  3. Payment Methods

    Add new payment methods to your account or remove outdated ones. This ensures your subscriptions and future purchases process smoothly without interruption.

  4. Invoice Access

    Download invoices for any of your orders directly from your account.

  5. Address Management

    Update your invoice address or delivery address at any time. Whether you've moved or need to correct information, you can adjust these details to ensure accurate billing and delivery.

  6. Email Address Changes

    Need to update the email address associated with your account? You can change your account email address directly from your account settings, ensuring you continue to receive important updates and order notifications. Click your initials top right, profile and adjust your name and/or email there.
