Delivery by Westerman Logistics

VanMoof rides are delivered by Westerman Logistics in the Benelux.

Delivery timeline (Westerman Logistics)

  1. Order Processing

    Once VanMoof sends your order to Westerman Logistics, your bicycle is allocated in the warehouse and entered into the transport system.

  2. Delivery Scheduling

    Bicycles are scheduled according to the delivery plan. Deliveries within the Benelux region take place from Tuesday to Friday.

 

What you'll receive (Westerman Logistics)

  1. First Email: Delivery Date Confirmation (sent around 3:00 PM)

    As soon as your shipment is registered in the system, you'll receive an email containing:

    · Expected delivery date
    · Your name and address details
    · A track & trace link to follow your shipment
    · Information about overnight planning

    Important: You can respond to this email if you need to make changes. Once the delivery time window is confirmed in the second email, changes are no longer possible.

  2. Second Email: Delivery Time Window

    After overnight planning is complete, you'll receive a follow-up email with:

    · Your specific delivery time window
    · The same track & trace link (updated with final details)
    · Access to your Proof of Delivery (POD) and consignment note

 

Track & trace features (Westerman Logistics)

Using your track & trace link, you can:

  • View the most up-to-date delivery timing
  • See the current location of the delivery vehicle
  • Check how many stops remain before yours
  • Access your Proof-Of-Delivery and consignment note documents
  • Provide feedback on your delivery experience

 

Delivery details (Westerman Logistics)

  • Delivery Location: Your bicycle will be delivered to the curbside or ground floor of your delivery address.
  • Delivery Days: Tuesday through Friday (Benelux region)
  • Making Changes: You can request changes by responding to the first email (delivery date confirmation). Once you receive the delivery time window email, the schedule is final and cannot be modified.

Delivery by UPS

VanMoof rides are delivered by UPS in all other countries outside of the Benelux.

Delivery timeline (UPS)

  1. Order Processing: Once your order is ready, it’s allocated in our warehouse and registered with UPS.

  2. In Transit: Your ride enters the UPS network. You will receive real-time updates as it moves through various shipping stages.

What you'll receive (UPS)

UPS will send you two key updates to keep you informed:

  1. Shipping Confirmation: Sent as soon as the label is created.

  2. Out for Delivery: Sent before the delivery is scheduled.

Managing Your Delivery (UPS My Choice)

For maximum flexibility, we recommend using UPS My Choice. Through your tracking, you can:

  • Reroute: Send the bike to a UPS Access Point or a neighbor.

  • Reschedule: Change the delivery date if you aren’t available.

  • Hold: Request that UPS hold the package, e.g., if you are on vacation.
