Find your order details and invoice on the Order Page. You can login with a one-time code that will be sent to your email, so no need to create a new account. Please note that orders and invoices are not available on your My VanMoof page.
1. Login to your personal Order page.
2. Click the Download invoice-button on the order tile.
Important: Your account currently displays all orders and invoices placed since April 2024. Because these records are part of our new system, purchases made prior to April 2024 (under the previous VanMoof entity) are not available here. Please check your personal email archives for older order confirmations.
