Wrong or Damaged delivery

Check your bike immediately after delivery. Found a scratch, dent, or other defect on the frame? Contact Customer Support in 24 hours after delivery. We will help you get it sorted right away: 

  • If your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team via our contact form
  • Be sure to select Order & Delivery > Delivery, then attach images showing all damage details.
  • This will enable our team to assist you effectively.

💡 Important: Please don't start an investigation with the shipping carrier directly, as this may interfere with our internal processes and delay resolution.
