Damaged delivery

If your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team via our contact form. Be sure to select Order & Delivery > Delivery, then attach images showing all damage details. This will enable our team to assist you effectively.

Important: Please don't start an investigation with the shipping carrier directly, as this may interfere with our internal processes and delay resolution.

Please note that all damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
