For the VanMoof S6, we offer a 3-year warranty. Please check our T&Cs for more information.

What's covered under warranty? 

Frame defects: 3 years; Parts and accessories: 3 years; Battery, motor, ECU: 3 years or 7,500km (EU/UK/Asia), 1 year or 3,750km (US).

What voids the warranty? 

Modifications to frame or components, improper maintenance, accident damage, or using non-approved replacement parts.

How do I make a warranty claim? 

Please go to your local VanMoof Partner with original proof of purchase for professional diagnosis and repair. If the issue is covered under warranty, they will carry out the necessary repairs on-site.

You won't have to worry about the paperwork or the bill for covered parts and labor. The Partner will settle the costs directly with VanMoof, so you can get back on the road without reaching out to our support team.

Should I keep the original box? 

Yes, replacement boxes aren't covered under warranty and will incur an additional fee if needed.
