The bike only charges between 5°C and 30°C (41°F to 86°F). For optimal battery life, charge indoors at room temperature (15°-25°C).
What if my battery won't charge?
Check that the temperature is within range, ensure the port is clean and dry, and verify the charger connection. If issues persist, contact support.
How should I store the bike long-term?
Store with battery above 80%, in temperatures between 0°C-32°C (32°F-90°F). Charge if the battery drops below 30%.
What can I do when my new bike's battery is discharging quickly?
When a bike is newly manufactured and its battery has stood idle due to transport, the battery may need a few full charge cycles to reach its optimal capacity. We recommend charging it fully 5–10 times until it reaches its best performance.
