My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to our support team using our contact form. Be sure to select the 'shipping damage' option and attach images showing the damages. This will enable our support team to assist you effectively.

Important: Please don't start an investigation with the carrier (UPS/PostNL/DHL) directly, since this might interfere with our internal processes and delay a resolution.

Please note that all damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
