If you're experiencing issues with your motor support, follow the steps below to troubleshoot your bike. Before you begin please ensure the motor assistance level is not set to "0" and the motor cable is plugged in correctly.
Step 1: Update your bike to the latest firmware.
Step 2: Reset the bike.
Step 3: Perform a system restart.
Step 4: If still unable to connect to the bike, charge it for 4 hours, then repeat system restart .
