Returning an accessory?
Drop off your parcel at any UPS Access Point™, The UPS Store®, or other nearby location.
Before You Begin
- Wait to receive the confirmation email from VanMoof.
- Make sure you have access to the return shipping label provided in the email.
- Prepare your package ready for pickup. Instructions here.
Locate Your Return Label
- Check your inbox for the confirmation email from VanMoof
- Open the email and locate the attached return shipping label
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
- Make sure the label is clearly visible and not damaged - cover any previous address labels.
Schedule the Pickup
- Visit the UPS Pickup Scheduling portal. Enter the tracking number you've received via email in Step 1, Shipping Label Questions.
- Leave 'UPS Account Number' empty, and fill in your name and address in Step 2, Collection Information and Location.
- In Step 3, Service and Packaging Information, add the weight (32kgs) and select UPS International Services > UPS Standard.
- Schedule a time in Step 4, Collection Date and Time. Please note that collection times are not guaranteed. If you need to reschedule, you can do that in your UPS Collection History.
Important Notes
- Pickup scheduling must be completed at least one business day in advance.
- The returns fee of returning a bike is €150. Accessories can be returned for free.
- If you need to modify, reschedule or cancel your pickup, contact UPS customer service.
Returning multiple packages
If you are returning a bike and accessories, you are able to make 1 collection appointment for all packages. Please add all tracking numbers you've received in Step 1 and adjust the amount of Packages in your Collection in Step 3.
