What if I want to file a complaint?

Customer satisfaction is our main goal. Unfortunately it might happen that we get it wrong. We are truly sorry. 

How to proceed?

  • We are happy to resolve your complaint. The quickest way is to contact our customer service.
  • Not satisfied with the answer? Go higher up and ask your customer service representative to escalate the case to their manager.
  • Still not satisfied with the outcome? You can submit your complaint to the dispute committee via the European ODR Platform.
