How to proceed?

  • We are happy to talk about it and resolve your complaint. The quickest way is to contact our customer service.
  • Not satisfied with the answer? Ask the customer service representative to escalate the case to their manager.
  • Still not satisfied with the outcome? You can submit your complaint to the dispute committee via the Consumer Redress in the European Union.
