Step-by-Step Assembly

  2. Gently slide your bike out of the packaging
  3. Keep the original box in case you need to return your bike
  4. Remove all protective packaging and recycle it
  5. Save the cable ties by squeezing the tabs - you can reuse them

💡 Tip: The cable ties can be useful for organizing cables at home!

Step 2: Turn the Handlebar

  1. Leave the bike in the front wheel stand (the cardboard support)
  2. Gently rotate the handlebar so it forms a 90° angle with the bike frame
  3. Align the handlebar threads (A) with the notches of the silver sleeve (B)
  4. Tighten the screws using Allen key №5, just enough to hold the handlebar in place

⚠️ Important: Don't fully tighten yet - just secure enough to hold position.

Step 3: Install the Front Wheel

  1. Remove the bike from the front wheel stand
  2. Place the bike upright on a soft surface to avoid scratches
  3. Put the front wheel in the front wheel stand
  4. Ensure the motor cable is on the right side and facing down

Installing the Wheel

  1. Carefully lift the bike and guide the front fork onto the wheel
  2. Remove the plastic insert from the brake caliper pad
  3. Align the brake disc with the brake caliper pads
  4. Ensure the wheel can spin freely

⚠️ Warning: Don't squeeze the brakes during this step!

Securing the Wheel

  1. Place the washer and anti-theft nut on the left side
  2. Tighten using the anti-theft wrench
  3. Repeat on the right side
  4. Check that the wheel is centered and the anti-theft nuts sit properly in the front fork slots

Step 4: Connect the Motor Cable

  1. Align the two arrows on the motor cable connectors
  2. Plug them together firmly
  3. Screw the loose middle part over the red threads until fully tightened
  4. Route the cable around the back of the fork, between the fender stay and spokes
  5. Push the cable and connector into the fork leg
  6. Install the plastic cover over the motor cable notch
  7. Secure with two screws using Allen key №3

⚠️ Warning: Don't pull out the wire during installation.

Step 5: Install the Pedals

Identifying Left and Right Pedals

  • Right pedal: Marked with 'R', standard thread (clockwise to tighten)
  • Left pedal: Marked with 'L', reverse thread (counterclockwise to tighten)

Installation Process

  1. Insert the threaded end into the crank arm
  2. Turn by hand in the appropriate direction:
    • Right pedal: Clockwise
    • Left pedal: Counterclockwise
  3. Tighten both pedals using Allen key №6

💡 Remember: "Righty-tighty" for right pedal, "Lefty-tighty" for left pedal!

Step 6: Inflate the Tires

  1. Use a Schrader-compatible tire pump (not included)
  2. Inflate to 2.75-4.5 bar / 40-65 PSI
  3. Check the tire sidewall for the recommended pressure

Pressure Guide:

  • 40 PSI: More comfortable ride
  • 65 PSI: Higher battery range

Step 7: Adjust the Saddle

Height Adjustment

  1. Remove the rubber cap
  2. Loosen the screw using Allen key №5
  3. Slide the seat to your preferred height
  4. Tighten the screw and replace the rubber cap

Position Adjustment

  1. Loosen both screws underneath the saddle
  2. Adjust the seat to your preferred position
  3. Tighten the screws

Saddle Check:

  • Saddle should be at hip height
  • At least 2.5cm (1 inch) between your crotch and top tube
  • 90° knee angle at top of pedal motion
  • Able to touch ground with toes

⚠️ Important: Ensure the indicator line is not visible and don't over-tighten screws.

Step 8: Final Handlebar Adjustment

  1. Hold the front wheel between your knees
  2. Try to rotate the handlebar
  3. If there's movement, use Allen key №5 to tighten the screws more

Optional: Handlebar Risers

If you purchased handlebar risers:

  1. Remove the two side screws using Allen key №5
  2. Remove the handlebar screw and slide down completely
  3. Assemble the risers over the sleeve
