VanMoof for Business, the US-based subsidiary of VanMoof and leading provider of corporate e-bike subscription programs, was sold to global micro-mobility and technology provider Rybit. As a result, the US-based subscriptions have been transferred to Rybit, which has also taken over the VanMoof Hubs. Rybit has recently indicated that their Hubs will perform services and repairs. Please bear in mind that, as also explicitly indicated by Rybit, the costs for these services at Rybit and repairs cannot be claimed under a warranty (if applicable). Therefore, payment is needed for the services/repairs at their Hubs.
