After your VanMoof has been delivered, you have 14 days to request a return. During this time, if you decide to return the bike, please notify our support team. It's important to note that within the 14-day period, the bike should not be ridden for more than 25 km and must be returned in its original packaging. Returns outside of the 14-day window are not possible.
We are charging a €150 fee for returning bikes within 14 days. This fee includes shipping and processing your return. Accessories can be returned for free within 14 days.
