If your bike is stolen and you have reported it through the app and uploaded a police report, our team of bike hunters will begin the recovery process immediately. If your bike is not recovered within 14 days, we will order a replacement bike for you.
Our goal is to deliver your replacement bike within 14 days after the order is placed. This means the maximum period you will be without a bike is 28 days.
