VanMoof S3 & X3 Release notes

In this document you can find an overview of all the firmware updates released for the VanMoof S3 & X3 bikes.

1.9.3 - 12 June 2023

Now it’s time for part 2 of the update. You’re finished after this one!

What’s new (part 2):

  • You can now unlock your bike with the Boost button as well as the Bell button.
  • When your bike is standing still, it will automatically shut down after 7 minutes. This is longer than before.
  • A new update to the battery means that whenever your bike hasn’t been used for a while, you’ll need to press the Power button to wake up the bike.
  • Other important updates in battery management, firmware, error management and sounds.

What’s new (part 1):
